Let me start by saying Robin is AWESOME. We used Canvas RE when we moved to Boca, Robin found us a home that more than exceeded our expectations in under two weeks, which is all but impossible in todays market. Use Robin and you wont regret it, she is very personable, outgoing, and goes actually goes the extra mile.

I can highly recommend Robin Quintero for your real estate needs. She recently helped me sell my deceased mother's home and provided me with excellent suggestions on what to do and what not to do before the sale. She did a fantastic job at providing the comparison home sales and availability in may mother's neighborhood. Her advertising the house was second to none providing the professional photos inside and outside plus amenities of the community on all social media, MLS and everything available for advertising. She also guided and helped me during the sales process, which included an open house, staging, preparation for sale, completing all paperwork required before and after contract. Finally she guided and coordinated me as seller, the buyer through their agent and Title company getting everything completed timely with a fast closing and payment to me. I have purchased and sold a few homes and properties and my experience with Robin has been the best. Robin is very professional, organized and she does the little things like showing up on time to meetings, answering emails and phone calls promptly.
